How filing works
How Sites Are Filed and Scored
Every entry in the directory carries a score out of 100, built from a 0 to 10 rating on each criterion below and weighted so the things that matter most count for most.
The number exists so two similar entries can be told apart quickly. It is not the whole entry — the fields beside it, what a site runs and what it accepts, are usually what decides which one suits you.
What every entry is scored on
Payout reliability
Do winners actually get paid, every time, without having to chase an owner in Discord? The single thing that matters most.
Track record
How long it has run, who is known to be behind it, and what the community says happened the last time it went down.
Provably fair
Verifiable seeds you can check yourself, a published house edge, and results that hold up when you audit them.
Withdrawal speed
How long between hitting withdraw and the locks being in your world, including at peak hours.
Bonus value
What the free lock, rakeback or deposit match is really worth once the wagering requirement is read properly.
Site & support
Whether it works on a phone, stays up under load, and whether anyone answers when something goes wrong.

Filed separately: the verdict badge
Every listing carries a badge — TRUSTED UNVERIFIED AVOID — that is filed by hand, not calculated.
It is kept out of the score so the two can disagree, which they sometimes do — an entry can score well on everything measurable and still be one to avoid. Anything filed as AVOID sorts to the bottom whatever it scored, and its entry warns instead of linking out.
What a filed score cannot tell you
An entry records a site as it was when it was last checked. The change that matters most is an operator deciding to stop paying, and it happens without warning and without any of the other fields moving first.
Criteria that have not been judged are left out of the average rather than counted as zero, so a newly filed entry is not pushed down by the fields nobody has filled in yet. Read staying safe before you deposit anywhere, including at the top of the board.
